Administrative and Residential Complex belonging to the Foreign Capital Enterprise “Venetos Imobil” LLC is situated in the A. Mateevci, 52 St., in the heart of historical centre of the Chişinău city. The A. Mateevici Street separates the Green Area of the “Valea Morilor” parks and the Historical Centre of Chişinău that is notable for its buildings architecture and streets lighting in the night time.  The “Valea Morilor” park, is currently under reconstruction and modernization, it represents a recreation area, where you can practice sport and have a rest. This area has a lot of parks and lakes that gives you the sensation of living in the middle of nature, forgetting for a moment about the city’s day to day chaos.

From the constructive point of view, the Complex is built on about 7 hundreds square meters, with immediate passageway to the A. Mateevici Street. Its high-level position reveals a magnificent view over the city, both in the day time and in the night time. The armored concrete frame is resistant up to 8 grades on Richter scale, as well as the roof framework made of abundant metal, assures a very good resistance against all kinds of calamities. The exterior walls are made of cellular bricks for a better thermo and acoustic insulation. The external insulation by the expanded foam of 8 cm width and 35% density, allows that in apartments during the summer to be chilly and during the winter to be as warm as possible. The double-glazed windows are made of German frame with 5 sections which prevent any kind of external noise.

From the architectural point of view, the complex is based on the style of the 80’s but in the same time there are also modern elements on the superior side of the building. The ground floor walls were built, according to the Ministry of Culture requests in order to maintain the architecture of the Monument of nation importance that was here before. Although the combination of the walls with decorative plaster, balustrades and terraces made of aluminum   are perfectly combined giving a subtle design to the building. The roof, with a high insulation and ventilation, with a delicate cover made of concrete shingle, guarantees long time exploitation. The granite, applied on the stairs, balconies and windowsills render a very beautiful décor to the building. The downside (the plinth) is finished with the Cosăuţi stone, that, according to the experience of the architectures of the 80’s is durable in time and water resistant. The space and rooms distribution were performed in such a way that to utilize at maximum and most efficient the spaces. All the apartments have bathrooms with windows that allow the immediate clothes and towels ventilation. The complex is endowed with garage that provides a direct access of the residents from the car to the elevator. In the garage your automobile will always be in a safe place.
